Hatha yoga classes offer you an hour of mindful breathwork (pranayama) and yoga posture (asanas) that are accessible to your body, whatever ability or fitness level. We conclude the class with a relaxation component – “you” time. Hatha Yoga practice is designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
As your practice of yoga postures develops, you will find that you may see improvements in your balance, coordination and posture, as well as improving your mental wellbeing. Joints can show improved mobility, muscles can improve in strength and flexibility.
You don’t need to be fit or flexible – these are our aims over time but not pre-requisites!
