There’s something for everyone in this all levels mat-based yoga class. Well rounded and balanced, you’ll be guided through a sequence of yoga postures and flowing movements designed to stretch out and strengthen your body; improve balance, flexibility and stability.
As you move you’ll bring awareness to your breathing, inviting focus and calm, before finishing with an uplifting and settling relaxation.
Yoga offers a wonderful set of tools to help you feel fitter, stronger, healthier, calmer and more relaxed. This class is the perfect place to explore yoga and what it has to offer you. And you absolutely do not have to be able to touch your toes to join!
Options will be offered throughout class for postures and movements so you can choose what feels good for you. No yoga experience required, class is suitable for all levels including beginners.
