Realistic Yoga is a hatha yoga practice that is suitable for absolute beginners. All bodies are welcome.
You don't need to be flexible, in fact regular practice of yoga will increase your flexibility but the goal is not to make "perfect" shapes or postures with your body.
It is an hour of mindful breathwork and yoga postures that are accessible to your body, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. You will also find that over time, you can improve your balance, strengthen and lengthen muscles and improve your mental wellbeing.
